The Polytechnic has established full-fledged laboratories, workshops and library with all latest equipments and technical books for all departments as per the standards laid down by AICTE, New Delhi. The management has so far invested about 2 crores of rupees for procuring equipments to laboratories and workshops.

Two well established, equipped and air-conditioned computer laboratories are available for the use of all departments. Computer education is compulsory for the students of all engineering courses.

The institute has sports and student activity centre for promoting extra curricular activities. Sports day and annual day celebrations are organized in the month of December / January for the all-round performance of the students.

The Polytechnic has an N. S. S. unit and students of all the branches may make use of this. A special camp for

ten days is conducted in the outskirts to develop the sense of community service. Besides this an e-club and Mechanical Associations are formed to nurture the technical talents of students.

Hostels

Separate hostel facilities for outstation boys and girls are available. Hygienic vegetarian food is served to the inmates of the hostels.

Special Facilities

1.	The students can avail the book bank facility against payment of prescribed fees and caution deposit.
2.	Approximately 6500 volumes of books in technical subjects are available in the reference library.
3.	Special coaching is being arranged for needy and academically weak students
	Placement Cell
	The Polytechnic runs a full fledged placement cell to assist the students to gain employment. Reputed MNC's visit the polytechnic during the end of even semesters for campus selection.

Placement Cell
